Daily infection control is also important.
To prevent catching it,
Before meals and after arriving home, you should wash your hands with soap.
Maintain 50-60% humidity in rooms.
Get enough sleep and eat balanced meals.
To prevent infecting others,
If you’re coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a mask or handkerchief.
If you have been diagnosed with influenza, you may still be contagious even after your temperature has gone down. You should stay off work or school for a few days from the day after your temperature goes down.
If you have symptoms, consult a medical institution. Please wear a mask when you visit the doctor.
