This week’s edition is on an illumination event called 'Meguro River Minna no Illumination 2025'.

The event, taking place at Gotanda Fureai Waterfront Plaza and along the Meguro River,  unites people, businesses, and the local community with Shinagawa City. The illuminations make use of the city’s scenic resources and foster a sense of attachment and pride in the city.

The energy used to power the illuminations comes from used cooking oil. Please visit the event.

The illuminations are taking place between 5pm and 10:30pm until Saturday 31st January 2026.

品川区から、「目黒川みんなのイルミネーション2025」についてのお知らせです。

五反田ふれあい水辺広場・目黒川沿道で、“ひと・企業・地域”と品川区が一体となり、街への愛着と誇りを育む、街の景観資源を活かしたイルミネーションを開催中です。

イルミネーション点灯のエネルギーには、使い終わった食用油を活用しています。

ぜひお越しください。

点灯時間は、午後5時～午後10時30分までです。

開催期間は、2026年1月31日(土曜日)までです。
