The City Residents Consultation Office provides consultation in English and Chinese to foreigners experiencing problems in daily life.

Where necessary, introductions can also be made to other specialist institutions, or related institutions within Shinagawa City Office.

Consultations are available in English every second Tuesday, and in Chinese every second and fourth Thursday.

Registration is from 9am-4:30pm for both languages.

Please note that counselors will not be available during the lunch break, from noon-1pm.

区民相談室では、外国人の方の日常生活上の問題について、英語と中国語で相談に応じています。

必要な場合は、他の専門機関を紹介したり、区役所の関係各機関への案内も行います。

英語は、第2火曜日、中国語は、第2、第4木曜日。受付時間は、いずれも午前9時～午後4時30分までです。

なお、正午～午後1時までは、昼休みのため相談員が不在です。
