The population census is a national survey conducted once every five years.

From Saturday 20th September, census takers will visit each household to distribute questionnaires.

The deadline for responses is Wednesday 8th October.

Responses can be made via the internet as well as via the paper questionnaire, so please make use of this method.

Census takers will be wearing their ‘Census Taker ID’.

Please be wary of suspicious phone calls or visits from people claiming to be census takers.

国勢調査は、5年に一度行われる国の調査です。

9月20日(土曜日)から国勢調査員が各世帯を訪問し、調査票を配付します。

回答期限は、10月8日(水曜日)です。

回答は、紙の調査票のほか、インターネットからも可能です。ぜひご利用ください。

調査員は、「国勢調査員証」を身に着けています。

国勢調査員をかたる不審な電話や訪問などにご注意ください。
