Shinagawa City partially subsidizes the cost of shingles vaccinations.

You can choose whether to use the live or inactivated varicella vaccine.

Regarding the amount and frequency of the subsidy, 4,000 yen per dose is provided once for the live varicella vaccine, and 10,000 yen per dose is provided up to twice for the inactivated vaccine.

Those eligible are residents of Shinagawa City who are aged 50-64 on the day of vaccination.

In order to receive a vaccination using the subsidy, you will need a "Shingles pre-vaccination screening questionnaire" issued by Shinagawa City.

品川区からのお知らせです。

水痘生ワクチン・不活化ワクチンのいずれかを選択して接種を受ける、帯状疱疹ワクチン予防接種の費用の一部を助成します。

助成額と回数については、水痘生ワクチンは1回あたり4,000円を1回のみ、不活化ワクチンは1回あたり10,000円を2回までです。

対象は、品川区内在住で、接種日時点で50歳～64歳までの方です。
